Very friendly strays around Cherokee and Milledge Ave. One has gone missing recently (September 2012), leaving her sister behind solo. We are going to bring her in today and will adopt, but if anyone has brought a young black cat to a shelter recently we would try to take him/her too! About noon on Tuesday, Sept. 12, a medium-sized dog was along Cherokee Avenue, just north of I20. He was wearing a black collor and sniffed around in my yard, but when I tried to approach him to see if he had an ID he would not let me get close and continued down the street.
I lost my daughter's baby shoe on Monday 8/27/12 around 11:30am. It is a Teva brand summer style shoe that is gray and pink size 3. If anyone finds it please contact me.

I found a pup while walking my dog at the Summerhill Community House (intersection of Connally and Georgia). Very young, no collar, no microchip.

This big pup showed up in front of my house Monday evening. He is a very large shepherd, male (intact). He seems a little on the old side with salted fur but very playful like a young dog. He has a red collar and no tags, nor is he chipped!

Please help! Our dog got out and we cannot find her! She was spayed recently and still has her cone on and no tags. :( She is white with a brown patch on her left eye. We miss her DEARLY!!!! PLEASE help us find her! Her name is Maggie.

Dog found 1/22/12 on East Confederate Ave in Ormewood Park. An older gent of a dog with a 2009 Dekalb rabies vaccination tag and a white band around his neck that said 'Micah Wood.'
