Historic Committee
We meet the third Monday of every month, 7:00pm at the Grant Mansion/Atlanta Preservation Center, 327 St. Paul Ave.SE. (Which is usually the night before the GPNA meeting.)

We technically meet twice per month due to the AUDC reviewing Certificate of Appropriateness (COA) applications for building permits twice per month. Our committee also informally meets the 1st Thursday of each month along with the Grant Park Land Use and Zoning committee since most of our members attend the GPLUZ meeting also.

Applicants for COA's are invited to schedule time to review their historic considerations at either meeting and if they have Land Use concerns they can technically get both subjects reviewed on the first Thursday.
