    • There was a commercial robbery at CVS and a few residential burglaries
    • Most crime is auto theft or car burglaries, so be sure to clean your car
Land Use and Zoning, Rick Hudson
  • Update on Memorial Drive Moratorium - Although moratorium was passed, it is expected to be rescinded so that Paces Properties can continue.
Transportation, Jim Vorix
  • Motion to support pilot program for cobbestone restoration on Sydney. Motion approved 25-2 with 3 abstentions
  • Motion to support installation of radar speed limit signs approved unanimously
Homes and History, Paul Simo
  • Historic Design Regulations Sub Committee is updating regulations

Fundraising
  • Tour of  Homes
    • Thank you to Paul Simo & Abbi Rabeneck
    • Event raised about $4,000
  • Mothball event planning will come soon

  • Paces Properties to come to old Habitat for Humanity building
  • Call 911 if you see supsicious activity in park. Park is closed 11pm - 6am

    • Motion of support for Tunes by the Tomb approved unanimously

    • CHARM (Center for Hard to Recycle Materials) is planned to open in April at 1110 Hill Street. There you will be able to recycle materials like tires and couches.

  • Zone 6 update

      • Concern for crime in north of Zone 6 (Little Five Points and Ponce)
    • Zone 6 Community Prosecutor: Keith Lamar, keith.lamar@fultonga.gov,
      • Citizen's Courtwatch can keep you up to date on trials, so that you can come and voice your concern to the judge about crimes committed in neighborhood. Be on lookout for following trial of Paul Williams.

  • Grant/Ormond Redevelopment has requested a reduction in parking. Motion to support was approved unanimously
  • Cherokee Lots: Motion of support approved with a vote of 18-2-2.
  • April 17 - Groundbreaking at 800 Glenwood

  • Tip of the month: Be accountable for changes made to your historic home
  • Committee will soon begin rewriting design regulations
