  • Zone 6 APD update:
    • Reported crimes are significantly lower now than last year
    • Package theft: work with business community to ensure your packages are not stolen

  • Neighborhood Watch Update
  • Memorial Dr. corridor still experiencing vehicle break-ins but down significantly
  • NPU-W meets on Wednesday nights

  • Sunbursts are $75 and available online, $50 at the GPNA meetings

  • Historic Design  Regulation Rewrite Update
  • Tip of the Month: sealing around baseboards to reduce drafts  
  • Original curbs: keep an eye out for someone tearing up/ removing the original granite curbs, please call Paul or Stephanie if you see anything
  • New Certificates of Appropriateness (COA's)
    • 2 COA’s of new build
    • 9 COA’s reviewed
  • Meetings are held on the third Monday of the month
