Reservations accepts applications in person Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. on a first-come, first served basis. If you choose to drop off your application, any other time there is a drop box in the lobby on the 16th Floor available 6:30 am thru 7:00 pm. Reservations may be made in person, via fax (404) 546-9635 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Reservations cannot be made any earlier than 90 days prior to the event, or any later than 14 days before the event.
Beginning December 1, 2012 the payment policy for Parks Reservations-Harris Towers is as follows: No personal checks will be accepted only money orders, cashier's checks, company checks, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
