The 43rd annual Grant Park Spring Tour of Homes starts today! Come take a tour of Grant Park's historical homes and gardens throughout the neighborhood - 166 years of history. Buy your tour Tickets today online and pick up at the Erskine Fountain at 841 Cherokee Ave. This weather is perfect - come join!!!

Homes on the tour include a Folk Victorian Queen Anne, a stunning Neo Classical Victorian, Craftsman bungalows, and new additions to historic homes. This year’s Tour of Homes and gardens is an exciting representation of what Grant Park is. Come join us; it will be a wonderful adventure for all! There are 8 homes, 3 gardens, and 4 points of interest this year.

The Tour benefits the Grant Park Neighborhood Association, just as it has for 43 years. 100% of the funds go to Grant Park neighborhood projects, supporting our schools, public safety, and more!

Tickets are $25 for adults, $10 for children under 18, and children under 3 are free. Please PRINT A RECEIPT to take to the ticket booth to pick up your ticket booklet when ordering online to speed up check in. During the weekend of the tour, you can either order online and print your receipt or buy tickets at the booth. Your entry to the homes is the Tour booklet you pick up at the booth, which is at the historic Erskine Fountain at the intersection of Cherokee Avenue and Ormond Street. Directions to Erskine Fountain.

Tour admission includes a goody bag filled with coupons from local businesses (while they last).

Grant Park is a large neighborhood, so we do recommend driving or riding a bike for this tour.
