- Welcomed everyone, explained the agenda and open floor rules, and voting eligibility
- Thank you to Zoo Atlanta for allowing the use of the building for the meeting
- Next meeting is Tuesday, January 20, 2015 at 7:30pm
- New member welcome and introductions
- 2015 NPU-W Reps and Porch Press Reps approved unanimiously
- Presentation of school grants to principals of ANCS, Wesley, Parkside, King, and Maynard Jackson schools
- Grant Park Conservancy Update
- New lights are going up in the park
- Conservancy memberships are available and can be purchased as Christmas presents

- SEABA Soiree: Thursday, 12/18/14, 5:30 pm, Milltown Arms Tavern, 180 Carroll Street - Bring an unwrapped toy for Toys 4 Tots annual drive
Public Safety Committee Chair, Chris Newman
- GPNA will donate $100 towards Zone 6 toy drive
- Trestletree Update: Howard Franklin
- There are now 24 cameras on the properties.

- Neighborhood Watch Update: Brad Nevin
- Meeting was held on December 13
- You can volunteer for neighborhood watch by emailing [email protected]
- Zone 6 update
Land Use and Zoning
- Immediate neighbors meeting will discuss clarification of language for development at Cherokee lots
Homes and History, Paul Simo
- Woodward property post-renovation cocktail party was held on Tues, Dec 9
- Committee is working on a website history project
- Preservation Tip of the Month - Don't forget to clean your gutters
Open Floor Discussion:
- 800 Glenwood has gone through appeal with no problems, so construction should begin soon
- Dec. 20 is a charity kids class for Dance 411. Admission is free if you bring an unwrapped toy. Ages 5-13
- Amazon Smile account is set up. Sign up, so that Amazon will donate to GPNA for every purchase you make
- Farmers Market Potluck with be held on Grant Street on Dec 20, 2-4 pm
