  • Memorial Drive Moratorium has been lifted
  • Grant St. Flowers Bakery Propery has haad some site plan changes, which will go through the immediate neighbors process
Transportation, Jim Vorix
  • Traffic Calming Summit was held last Saturday.
  • $500 grant to PEDs approved unanimously
Homes and History, Paul Simo
  • Gordon Jones: Cyclorama Relocation Update
    • June 30 - Cyclorama closes to public. Items will begin to be moved. For 18 months, Atlanta History Center has custody of building.
  • Historic Design Regulations Sub Committee is working on rewriting regulations
  • Committee hopes to look into education and training for contractors and realtors
  • Preservation Tip of the Month:
    • Look over HVACs to make sure they aren't leaking
    • Condensation can cause rot, so be careful about keeping your house too cold in summer

  • Mothball event planning in works. It will be held on Nov 14 at Rec Center
