  • Welcomed everyone, explained the agenda and open floor rules, and voting eligibility
  • Thank you to Zoo Atlanta for allowing the use of the building for the meeting

  • NPU-W: vote on the eight members to represent Grant Park- Passed (18-1) 
  • NPU-W meetings will be held on the fourth Wednesday at the Village Church in EAV starting in January 2017
  • Schools Update and Check Presentation ($500 to 5 Grant Park charter/public schools
    • ANCS: Winter break is December 19-January 3rd
    • Wesley International Academy: Added playground to campus and raised over 40k so far this year
    • Maynard Jackson: Began a homeless student initiative this year
    • King Middle: Working on a partnership with Emory called "Young Kings"
  • Grant Park Parent Network Update- None
